Please have your student read for at least 15 minutes daily. The benefits of daily reading are innumerable.

Literature Focus

We are currently reading "Iqbul." A story of indentured laborers in Pakistan. The story is based on the life of a real boy who had the courage to speak out, despite great opposition, against the child labor market. The characters in this story are close in age to the students in our grade 4 class.

Library

Grade 4 students will have the opportunity to borrow up to 3 books at a time from our school library this year. Please make sure they are returned on time and well cared for.
